I’ve tried a lot of chippies over the years, but West Ham Fish Bar is honestly one of the best around. The fish is always perfectly cooked golden, crispy batter on the outside and fresh, flaky fish inside. The chips are proper hot, fluffy, and never greasy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even during busy times. Clean shop, great portions, and really good value for money. If you’re in the area, this place is a must

West Ham Fish & Chips is a fantastic local spot — always welcoming with delicious food. The fish and chips are great, but the real highlight is the kebabs. Latif, the owner, is hands down the best kebab man around! Friendly service, generous portions, and a place that makes you feel at home every visit. Highly recommended.

Lamb kofte kebab, small chips & Diet Coke. £11 Perfectly cooked by friendly staff, fair sized portion (filled my plate & me!) clean restaurant, small green chillis pack a punch! Good value for money. Under a new management recently, according to another customer & they seem to be doing things right! 2nd visit, had a takeaway lamb Shish & chips & that was ace too. Will be returning & would definitely recommend! Update: I’ve been working/ staying in the area & have now had just about all the kebab meals on the menu!! All perfectly cooked, generous portion sizes and averaging £10 per meal. The staff are really friendly & helpful, I now won’t go anywhere else! Would recommend & definitely return, thanks. Update- chicken shish & chicken doner this evening & that’s bingo, I’ve had every kebab on the menu!’

The chicken is very tender and perfectly seasoned. I especially love the spicy sauce and the crispy bread made by the owner! The sauce has great depth, and the bread is delightfully chewy, creating a perfect balance when combined with everything else. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, not greasy at all. I recommend trying them with salt for a different flavor! Also, I'm delighted to have met the warm-hearted owner on my first day in London. Wishing them great success! 😍

Been eating here for the last two years or so if in the area and it's always been a great experience. Food has always been near perfect, won't deny that. Service is quick even when it's busy. Staff is chatty and pleasant. Would recommend if you're in the area.
